Target group

Law students with at least one year of legal training at the university level and young lawyers

Course aim

The overall aim of the course is to convey a sense of the particularities of German and European law. Special attention will be devoted to the general structure of German private law as well as to German and European business law, i.e. corporate securities law, antitrust law and taxation.
