About

The Fashion Illustration summer course lasts one or two months and is scheduled in June and July over 40 hours of classes per month.

The syllabus tackles the illustration of the human figure for fashion purposes, including:
- study of the human figure;
- a definition of fashion illustration;
- drawing garments with graphic effects to render volume and fabric consistencies;
- guided visits and seminars.

Different coloring techniques are employed, ans students learn various ways to represent the human figure when illustrating fashion for man, woman and child. Each student is encouraged to develop a personal graphic style.

The course also covers different styles of clothing such as elegant, casual, swimwear, sportswear, etc.
