What do you know about who you are and how much do you trust yourself?
Everything starts inside ourselves. Trust starts with self-confidence. However, it is not a given. Good news is: you can train it.
This training will focus on:
• Understanding what can block or enhance self-confidence and self-esteem.
• Exploring your personal story to discover unifying thread for your identity.
• Discovering how we relate to ourselves and one to another.
This course will also be offered from June 10 to June 14, 2024.

600 EUR, Tuition fee: 700€ for free movers. 100€ discount on tuition fee if you complete your application before March 15, 2024. No tuition fees for students nominated by a partner university.
